We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional to support global payment partnership initiatives across banks, payment networks, and e-wallet partners. This role sits at the intersection of strategic partnerships and payment operations, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership programs and payment channel performance.
Responsibilities
- Support negotiation and execution of partnership agreements with banks, payment networks, and e-wallet partners.
- Coordinate marketing incentive programs and ensure agreements are signed prior to campaign launch.
- Manage reconciliation processes, invoice follow-ups, and discrepancy resolution.
- Onboard new partners into internal systems accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare weekly progress updates, identify risks, and drive timely project execution.
- Collaborate with BD, Product, Compliance, Finance, Legal, and Marketing teams to optimise payment operations.
- Handle payment channel-related customer complaint cases in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Payment, Fintech, e-Commerce, or Tech industries.
- Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in payment/wallet/card/settlement/digital banking operations is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
