Responsibilities
- Partner with the HRBP and business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce plans across multiple regions.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing, screening, assessments, interviews, to pre-onboarding coordination.
- Source and engage both passive and active candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, Seek, and other recruitment channels.
- Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline, especially for IT and technical roles.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ technical capabilities, soft skills, and cultural fit.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, status logs, and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure all recruitment practices follow internal guidelines as well as country-specific hiring requirements.
- Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to improving the overall candidate experience.
- Assist with general HR-related tasks when needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Payment, Fintech, e-Commerce, or Tech industries.
- Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in payment/wallet/card/settlement/digital banking operations is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
